The accuracy of measurement instruments, as well that their components, gradually declines time goes on. Due to different loss mechanisms and the allowable values, lifetimes a whole system its components are generally nonuniform, which lead waste resources costs. In this paper, novel design method based on uniform lifetime principle is presented avoid resources. After giving determining uniformity weights, optimal models established, sequential quadratic programming (SQP) employed solve models. A example verify effectiveness model solution method. Using method, minimum extends from 73.07 weeks 200 weeks, improves 0.75 0.96. proposed can be used in practice achieve target for systems because it easy manufacturers obtain average velocities components. implementation optimization will greatly help save improve utilization efficiency instruments or equipment.
